About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and support organizational growth objectives. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment best practices, you'll source, screen, and assess candidates while building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries and functions.

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize multiple channels to identify and engage passive and active candidates, conducting thorough screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit.

  • Interview Coordination and Offer Management: Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment experiences.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and performance indicators to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and nurture talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

  • Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment methods.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in ATS, recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
