What roles do you hire?
Our clients are happy with our fast turn-around rate and quality of hire mostly for business support roles such as accountants, finance analysts, data analysts, bookkeepers, recruiters, HR and administrators, executive assistants, marketing, and sales specialists. We specialize in headhunting too which is ideal for executive and senior manager roles.
Is there a minimum number of hires?
No we don’t. We are happy to support you for your every employee need, either one or a village.
Is recruitment included in your EoR service?
This can be two separate services or combined depending on your needs. We can help you recruit the talent you need and onboard them under EoR but if you already have your team member/s ready we can onboard them right away.
What is your fee structure?
The EoR fixed management fee of $400/month per employee covers almost all services related to handling employee needs such as onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, offboarding, etc. For recruitment, it’s 20%-25% of the annual gross salary of each successful hire, depending on the complexity of the role you are trying to fill.

Are there other costs I should know about?
Our management fee is fixed, and our recruitment placement fee is agreed upon signing the agreement. We require a $400 set-up fee for first-time clients and a one-month deposit equal to the one-month salary of the employee to cover the notice period when offboarding an employee. All other expenses passed on to the client are actual employee costs, such as salary, 13th-month pay, government-mandated employer share for social security, housing, health insurance, etc.
Do you provide an office /seat lease?
We specialize in providing EoR and recruitment services but not office management services. However, we go above and beyond in helping our clients find the right space for their team, so we have existing partnerships with office spaces we can coordinate for you.
What equipment is provided to the staff?
We have laptop, phone and mobile WiFi package that we can loan/rent to your team. If you have specific requests let us know so we can give you a lead time and quotation.
