Employment of Record (EOR)

  • Time and attendance management, payroll and payment processing, bank opening, benefits administration (including leaves, maternity, sickness, disability, etc.), tax management, social security contributions, home development fund management, PhilHealth administration, medical insurance management, and/or provident fund management.

  • Contract management, employee records management, tools and access control, asset purchasing, compliant separation process, and final pay processing.

  • Facilitate learning and training programs. Team building events coordination and implement employee wellness programs.

  • Facilitate employee performance reviews and check-ins. Assist in training and performance improvement plans.

  • We have different packages for laptops, phones, and mobile Wi-Fi that we can provide to the staff depending on your request. For other specific requirements, we can, of course, help arrange them for you given some lead time.

  • You can leverage our existing partnerships with office space companies to get the best price in the market and avoid delays/waiting time for availability.

  • We offer insights into talent trends analysis, salary benchmarking, understanding local culture, strategic workforce planning, and organizational development.

Fixed management fee of $249 / mo per employee

  • Our recruitment method is based on headhunting principles, targeting passive candidates who don't typically apply to job postings. We handle sourcing, interviews, tests, background checks, job offers, and pre-employment tasks. This service is available separately from our EOR solution, allowing you to directly hire employees under your own entity.
