About the Role

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented professional ready to step into the role of Senior Executive Assistant? You'll join our executive leadership team, bringing with you strong organizational and communication skills, along with an exceptional eye for detail. In this dynamic environment, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication, managing schedules, and handling administrative tasks with efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, including the CEO and other C-Suite executives.

  • Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.

  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes as required.

  • Document Management: Maintain confidential files and documents, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility for the leadership team.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, to facilitate seamless travel experiences for executives.

  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and off-site meetings, ensuring smooth execution and positive outcomes.

  • Administrative Support: Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the leadership team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role supporting senior executives.

  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times.
