About the Role

Your pivotal role involves spearheading the company's sales expansion through lead generation, qualification, and client relationship cultivation. Collaborating closely with both sales and marketing teams, you'll pinpoint potential customers, engage them across diverse channels, and coordinate meetings for our sales executives. This opportunity provides invaluable experience in sales and business development within a thriving and swiftly evolving industry landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Prospect and qualify leads using various techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. Conduct research to identify key decision-makers within target organizations.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can address them. Schedule meetings for sales executives with qualified leads.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging and outreach strategies. Assist in the execution of sales campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.

  • Record Keeping and Feedback: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects.

  • Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of data analytics or business intelligence solutions is a plus.
