About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will lead our digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels to maximize our online presence and achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.

  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, emails, and digital ads, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.

  • Social Media Management: Manage social media channels, including content creation, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and drive conversions.

  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and manage paid search campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive website traffic.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.

  • Proven track record of driving results through digital marketing campaigns, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
